Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
