Entry-level Architectural Designer

As an entry-level Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior designers. Your main role will be to assist in creating detailed drawings and plans for construction, as well as conducting site visits and attending client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, including creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop project concepts and ideas
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Attend client meetings to present designs and gather feedback
- Research building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the project
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates are preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations is a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Moscow. However, remote work may also be available.
