Plasterer Supervisor

We are a well-established construction company based in Beer-Sheva, seeking a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plasterers on various projects throughout the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, plus benefits.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a plasterer
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid work permit for Beer-Sheva

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of plasterers on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
- Train new plasterers on techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other team members as needed
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or defects in the work
- Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
