We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Sheduva, Philippines. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This role requires experience in the field, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut required materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients and apply it evenly using various tools
- Apply finishing coats for a smooth and level surface
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of different types of plasters and their uses
- Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and tools
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary
