Job Title: Plastering Technician
Profession: Plasterer
City: Sheduva, Pakistan/Kenya (location preference is flexible)

As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create a smooth and even finish. This role requires an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing rough areas
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a consistent texture across all surfaces
- Install decorative moldings or tiles as needed
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is preferred but not required
