IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our IT team, creating and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, hardware, and software systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1800 per month

City: Las Vegas (Preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities)
