Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of the Malayalam language
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools, including lathes, drills, and grinders
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Inspect raw materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
