Experienced Turner for a Manufacturing Company in Las Vegas

Our manufacturing company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. This full-time position offers a salary of $1400 and is open to both Canadians and English-speaking individuals.

As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce precision metal parts. This includes reading blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, and inspecting finished products for quality control.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
- Ability to operate various turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and mills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust turning machines according to specifications
- Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of parts
- Operate various turning machines to produce metal parts following production schedule
- Inspect finished products for quality control before sending them off for further processing
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
