We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and be able to perform a variety of tasks including constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. The candidate should also be familiar with hand and power tools and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, doors, framing, cabinets, and furniture
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications
- Inspect existing structures to determine repairs needed
- Work efficiently to complete projects within given deadlines
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
$900 per week
