Job Title: Babysitter


We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter to join our family in Chelyabinsk. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care for our children while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires someone who is patient, energetic, and able to engage with children of all ages. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, with potential for additional hours and bonuses. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Follow routines and schedules set by parents
- Provide basic first aid if needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Babysitter or in a related role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities at once
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education degree preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required
