Information Security Analyst - Multan (Contract)



We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Multan on a contract basis. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating security systems and protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information. This role requires strong technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of security systems to identify vulnerabilities
- Implement security measures and protocols to protect against potential threats
- Monitor network traffic and investigate any suspicious activity
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Provide guidance and training to employees on best security practices
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, developments, and threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or PCI DSS
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferences:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience working in the financial or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with cloud computing security principles

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This is a contract position based in Multan, Pakistan. However, candidates from other locations may also be considered.
