Surveyor - Land and Property Valuation Specialist


We are currently hiring for the position of Surveyor - Land and Property Valuation Specialist in our company located in Osijek, Croatia. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data related to land and property valuation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine the value of land and property
- Analyze data from surveys, market research, and other sources to determine property values
- Prepare reports detailing property valuations for clients
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to land and property valuation
- Collaborate with other professionals such as real estate agents, lawyers, and engineers on property valuation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land or property valuation
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

The job is located in Osijek, Croatia.
