Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Utena. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. Your main focus will be on targeting foreign markets and attracting international guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth, focusing on foreign markets
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to showcase the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of foreign markets and cultural differences
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is preferred
Salary:
