CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines or production process
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC operator preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
$1200 per month

Location:
Nakuru, Kenya

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (some overtime may be required)
