Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge (Eldoret, Kenya)

The Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel in Eldoret, Kenya. They will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and handle any guest requests or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to speak Nepali or Swahili fluently. Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but candidates must possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor and be able to work well under pressure.

As the primary point of contact for our guests, the Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge must be knowledgeable about the area and able to provide accurate information and directions. They will also be responsible for making reservations for guests and ensuring that all special requests are fulfilled. This role may also involve coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure that guests have a seamless experience during their stay.
