Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Your primary goal will be to attract new guests and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Manage the hotel's online presence through various channels such as social media, online travel agencies, and the hotel's website
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with part-time working hours. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. This position is open for all nationalities but applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Porto.
