Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
As a Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This position is based in Porto and offers a salary of 1400$, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets set by the hotel management
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and attending industry events
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and event planning to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar position is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Porto's local market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong drive for results
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be legally able to work in Porto
