Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients
- Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
- Demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients at all times
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in India
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
