As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and within budget. Your role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
