Junior Developer


We are a growing software development company based in Funchal, seeking a talented and motivated Junior Developer to join our team. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Familiarity with web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
