Indian Executive Chef in Las Vegas
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate must have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to create authentic and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new and exciting menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Creative mindset with the ability to continuously develop new menu items
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
