Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Braga. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD is required, as well as strong communication and project management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Candidates with Portuguese nationality or experience working in Portugal are preferred.
