Team Lead - Customer Service (Moscow, Russia)
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for our Customer Service department in Moscow, Russia. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Conduct regular trainings to improve team performance and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze data and create reports on team performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis preferred
Salary: 1400$ per month
