Merchandiser - English Speaking (Contract) - Sofia, Bulgaria


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, and it is suitable for English-speaking professionals looking for opportunities in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked according to company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product knowledge and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any potential issues or opportunities to the sales team
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Knowledge of Bulgarian would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
