Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural design and construction projects, from initial concept to final completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review architectural plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards successful project completion

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (in addition to English)
