As the Team Lead for our company in Almada, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of individuals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks. You will work closely with upper management to develop and implement strategies for achieving team goals and objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide team members, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of individuals by providing direction, support, and guidance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team progress and challenges
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary training or resources
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role (desired)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
