Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures

- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to address any issues or concerns
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1800/month
