The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and sinks
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants in a professional manner
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
