Experienced Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Akron, Canada


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Akron, Canada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Biometric passport or Canadian citizenship is preferred
- No English proficiency required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing furniture, replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times
