We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural projects from concept to completion. This includes overseeing the design process, coordinating with clients and consultants, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of architectural projects
- Develop design concepts and solutions that meet client requirements
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred

Salary: 1700$ (negotiable based on experience)
