Senior Architect - Residential Projects (Part-time)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, Pakistan on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of residential projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts to clients
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in residential architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but not required

Salary: $1100 per month (based on part-time hours)
