Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager

As a Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Your main responsibilities will include developing project plans, creating detailed designs, conducting site visits, reviewing construction progress, and managing project budgets. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and contractors.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
