Industrial Architect

The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. They will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop plans that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial design principles, building codes, and construction processes. They should also have excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as several years of experience in industrial design. A working knowledge of CAD software is also necessary.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be expected to:

- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are structurally sound and feasible
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Identify potential problems or conflicts during the construction process and propose solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Several years of experience in industrial design or construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards for industrial structures
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to team members and clients
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings and specifications

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. The Industrial Architect will be based in Eschen, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
