Junior Agronomist


We are searching for a Junior Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Junior Agronomist, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and development of agricultural projects. Your duties will include conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve crop production.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Experience working in agriculture or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of crop management techniques and practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various crops, including soil composition, climate conditions, and pest control methods
- Analyze data collected from research and provide recommendations for improving crop production
- Assist with the implementation of new farming techniques or technologies
- Monitor crop growth and health, identifying any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for maximizing crop yield and quality
- Maintain accurate records of all farming activities and report regularly on progress
