Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As a Commercial Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. This is a contract job suitable for both men and women with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and timeline for commercial projects
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design software
- Work with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience designing commercial buildings
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Lisbon
