Concrete Worker
A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete work and possess the physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and setting up forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using trowels or power tools
- Apply finishing touches such as coloring or texturing to achieve desired appearance
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete work or similar field
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with hand/power tools used in concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
