Waiter/Waitress in Los Angeles


As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will greet and seat customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions. We are seeking an experienced and friendly individual who is passionate about providing excellent hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Seat customers according to their preferences or reservations
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations if needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food handling techniques
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to legally work in the US

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus tips. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
