Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately

- Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to effectively support customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1000/month (with accommodation)
