Job Title: Indian Moderator in Mauren


We are looking for an Indian Moderator to join our team in Mauren on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities to ensure they are safe and engaging for all users. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user reports and inquiries in a timely manner
- Moderate user-generated content, including comments, posts, and images
- Take appropriate action against any violations of community guidelines
- Work closely with other moderators and team members to maintain consistency in moderation practices
- Provide support to users experiencing technical issues or difficulties navigating the platform

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (no English required)
- Previous experience in community management or moderation is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with sensitivity
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues or violations
- Must be comfortable working remotely and able to manage time effectively
