Restaurant Manager - Mauren, Canada



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mauren, Canada. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and delicious food.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain a positive work environment and handle any conflicts or issues that may arise among employees
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop menus and specials that cater to customer preferences
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory control, food safety regulations, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is located in Mauren, Canada.
