IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems and software according to company standards
- Set up user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Document all support activities in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as an IT Support Specialist
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
