Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
