Gardener Supervisor



Our gardening company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our gardening projects. This includes coordinating with clients, assigning tasks to other gardeners, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and assign tasks based on project needs
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
- Communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train new gardeners on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of gardening supplies and equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by yourself and your team members
- Regularly inspect gardens to ensure they meet high standards of quality and aesthetics
- Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Experience operating gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to gardening work
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. Other benefits may include health insurance coverage. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist in finding suitable housing if needed. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for the right candidate.
