As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and other structures. You must have prior experience in the solar industry and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is an urgent job, so we are seeking candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment according to project specifications
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of equipment for maximum efficiency
- Connect wiring and perform electrical tests to ensure safe operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project
- Provide excellent customer service during installation process

Requirements:
- Prior experience in solar panel installation is required
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
