Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm in Khanpur and we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while adhering to budget constraints and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals for commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Research and recommend sustainable building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
