Commercial Architect

We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and budget for the project
- Create detailed architectural plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local government agencies
- Oversee construction progress and ensure that it is in line with the approved plans
- Make any necessary changes or adjustments to the design throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with interior designers and other professionals to create a cohesive look for the building's interior and exterior
- Stay updated on industry trends and new materials/technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. While experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without prior experience as long as they have strong design skills and a willingness to learn.

Please note that this is not a remote position. You must be based in Khanpur or willing to relocate. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already have suitable housing arrangements.
