Senior Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions
- Oversee the creation of architectural drawings and models
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review construction plans for accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Almada
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer competitive salary starting at 900$ per month based on experience. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport for immediate employment.
