Construction Project Manager



We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the city of Medina. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of construction projects on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules and budgets in collaboration with clients.
- Select subcontractors and suppliers based on project requirements.
- Manage all aspects of the construction process including procurement, quality control, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related position.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards successful project completion.
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Medina is preferred but not required.
