We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and data analysis to determine land boundaries and topography. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Identify potential obstacles or issues that may affect land development projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects to provide accurate data for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Akron, but we welcome candidates from Egypt who are looking for English-speaking jobs. Please note that this position is suitable for men due to the physical demands of fieldwork.
