Land Surveyor



We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping the land to determine precise boundaries and locations of natural and man-made features. This position is full-time and suitable for men without prior experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of the land
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and drawings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and placement of structures
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. We also offer accommodation options for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Almada but may require travel to various job sites within the city or neighboring areas.
